About the role
• Administer the full enforcement process end‑to‑end using specialist software, ensuring cases are processed accurately, consistently, and in line with internal policies and industry requirements.
• Manage written customer contact and appeals, reviewing evidence, drafting clear and well‑reasoned responses, and ensuring all correspondence is handled professionally and within required timescales.
• Work collaboratively within a fast‑paced operations team, prioritising workloads, supporting colleagues, and ensuring cases progress efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Undertake essential administrative duties, including scanning, filing, managing incoming and outgoing post, banking cheques, and supporting wider operational needs.
About You
- Ability to work at a fast pace,operatingwith strong attention to detail across a variety of software platforms.
- Experience in an administrative role with a passion for beating targets.
- An ability to learn quickly and work to a high standard across many parts of a process.
