Got Questions?

We’ve got answers to help you park with confidence.

So once I've signed up, I don't need to do anything?

That’s right! There’s no need to let us know when you’re in a Hozah® Autopay-enabled car park, make alternative payments, or check that your parking session has been registered.

What if I need to change my payment details?

To update your payment details:

Step 1: Go to your dashboard.

Step 2: Sign in to your Autopay account. Once logged in, you’ll see your dashboard.

Step 3: Click “Payment details”, then “Update details.”

Step 4: Enter your new payment details and click “Update your details.”

Some banks may ask you to authorise a £0.00 transaction — this is for verification only. Please follow your bank’s instructions to complete the update. No money will be taken from your account.

You’ll now see your new payment details displayed on your dashboard.

What if I need to change my registration details?

You can change your registration details in the same way you update your payment details by logging in to your dashboard.

Can I use my account in any Hozah® car park?

Yes! A single sign-up lets you use your account across all Hozah® Autopay-enabled car parks.

How do I know if a car park is covered by Hozah®?

Look out for Hozah® signage as you enter the car park.

How can I check I've been charged correctly?

You can log in and view your transaction history at any time. This provides a detailed breakdown of your parking sessions and charges.

Can I register multiple cars?

Absolutely! You can register as many vehicles as you like.
To add a new vehicle:

Step 1. Go to your dashboard.
Step 2. Sign in to your Autopay account.
Step 3. From your dashboard, click “Add Another Vehicle.”
Step 4. Enter your vehicle registration and click “Lookup.”
Step 5. Your vehicle details will appear. Confirm they are correct.

If the details are wrong, double-check your registration.

If you’ve recently transferred your registration to a new vehicle, our records may still show the old one; please confirm this regardless.

If your vehicle can’t be found or is already linked to another account, send us a support request, and we’ll help you resolve it.

Once you click “Continue,” you’ll be taken back to your dashboard, where your newly added vehicle will appear.

Does it cost more than pay-by-phone methods?

In some locations, there’s a small convenience fee (0–20p). That’s it! We’re still one of the most cost-effective options on the market.

Why have I been charged twice?

Hozah Autopay automatically detects when you enter and exit a car park and charges you for the time used.

Sometimes, you may forget that the car park is Autopay-enabled and pay using an alternative method. As Hozah operates separately from other payment systems, we can’t automatically identify that alternative payment, so you may be charged twice.

If this happens, we recommend contacting your alternative payment provider to request a refund. If that’s not possible, you can raise a support case with us. Please note that you’ll need to provide proof of your alternative payment before we can issue a refund.

How can I prevent this from happening again?

There are a few ways to avoid double payments:

1. Use only Autopay in Hozah-enabled car parks. As long as your vehicle is registered and your account is active, you won’t receive a Parking Charge Notice (PCN).
2. Remove shared vehicles. If you’ve added vehicles for friends or family, you can remove them at any time on your dashboard to avoid being charged for their parking.
3. Delete your account, though we’d be sad to see you go! Please note that this increases your risk of receiving Parking Charge Notices (PCNs). If you’d still like to close your account, submit a support request.

Request a refund (proof of alternative payment required).

How do I delete my Autopay account?

We recommend keeping your Autopay account active, as it helps you avoid Parking Charge Notices in Hozah-enabled car parks.

However, if you wish to close your account, please submit a support request.
