What if I need to change my registration or payment details?

How do I know if a car park is covered by Hozah?
Look out for Hozah signage as you enter a car park!
How can I check I've been charged correctly?
You can log in and check your transaction history at any time. This will provide you with a breakdown of costs and parking sessions.
Can I register multiple cars?
Absolutely. You can register as many vehicles as you like.
Can I use my account in any Hozah car park?
Yes! A one-time sign-up gives you automated payments in all of our AutoPay-enabled car parks.
Does it cost any more than pay-by-phone methods of payment?
In some sites we have a small convenience fee ranging between 0-20p, and that’s it! We’re one of the cheapest on the market.
Machine Malfunctions
If a machine is not working, drivers may pay online using the website listed on the signage, provided the parking session began less than 24 hours ago.
Payment at Machines
Drivers can pay for parking at the machines located in each car park. All machines accept card payments, and some also accept cash (this is site-dependent, please check for signage). Receipts can be requested and will be sent to the driver’s email address.
What are Permits? How do I update my permit details? How do I cancel my permit?
Drivers can set up parking permits for the car park (please see signage for more details).
How Permits Work
Permits renew automatically depending on the type: monthly, quarterly, or annually. Drivers cannot log in to the online system to manage their permit, make changes, or cancel it. Each permit can include a maximum of two registered vehicles. When the permit payment is processed, drivers receive a receipt via email.
Updating Permit Details
To update vehicle information, change payment details, or cancel a permit, drivers must contact customer support.
Permit Cancellation
If a driver wishes to cancel their permit, they must contact us before the permit renewal date. We can schedule cancellations in advance to prevent upcoming renewals.
Permit and Autopay Accounts
If a driver has both an AutoPay account and a permit with the same two registered vehicles, no AutoPay charges will apply because the permit covers the parking sessions. Permits cannot be added to an AutoPay account.

I buy a monthly season ticket to park in Scarborough. It means I can come and go, using the car park as if it was my own. I just drive in, park, do my stuff in town then get in the car and drive away. Completely contactless, completely barrier-less. I’ve lost track of the number of people to whom I’ve recommended this as the ideal parking solution.
When I was running a short project last year, I suggested to all of the project team members that a one month season ticket would be the cheapest, easiest and safest way to park in town and they all did it. It made attracting talent to a town with quite obnoxious local authority parking charges much easier.
The only negative, and it’s on me really, the car park closes at 6.30pm. If your car’s in there, it’s there until the morning. I’ve had my car trapped twice in two years and, whilst it’s frustrating, it was a problem of my own making.
